L’Arancio Amaro è un ibrido che da secoli ormai cresce come specie autonoma. Dal

colore solare ed il sapore acidulo e leggermente amarognolo, questa marmellata è

ottima spalmata su d’una fetta di pane scuro con un velo di burro sottile, per farcire le

vostre crostate e torte o in abbinamento ad una coppetta di yogurt bianco.

The bitter orange is a hybrid which has been grown as an autonomous species for centuries. 

With its solar colour and slightly sour and bitter flavour, this marmalade is great to spread on 

a slice of dark bread with a thin layer of butter, for stuffing your tarts and pies or combined 

with plain yogurt.
